It was a wonderful summer at Sounding Still Wellness and I am so grateful for all the experiences I had singing, sharing, practicing yoga, teaching,and practicing the Rising Star. It truly is a SWEET SEPTEMBER. Read my recent article in Cape Women Online. I reflect on how last September didn’t feel as sweet and how wisdom can be gained from witnessing the cycles of nature.
I am SUPER EXCITED to participate in DREAM BIG! yogathon this sunday for DREAM DAY CAPE COD. it is a wonderful organization that works kind of like a “make-a-wish” for children and families facing difficult and longterm illness. I need a few more donations to reach my goal of $200. DONATE HERE! Thank you Power Yoga of Cape Cod for putting together this event in service of so many.
